Hibiki 21 has been named the World’s Best Blended Whisky countless times at the World Whiskies Awards among many accolades, and for good reason! During that time, demand for Japanese whisky such as this has gone through the roof as a global audience has become aware of the quality that’s long been produced there. Dr. Whisky says it’s “Unbelievably balanced, and dangerously drinkable”. So basically, it’s pretty good stuff!

A splash of water and a little time in the glass really intensified the caramel flavour. Quite an amazing whisky.
Had this in a whiskey bar in Japan. Drank it back to back with a JW Blue and made the blue taste like piss! It was ridiculous. I saw there is a 30 year available above this… I’m worried by head would explode from ecstasy from drinking that if the 21 is already soooo ridiculously good.
