The Dublin Liberties 16 Year Old Keeper’s Coin
From The Dublin Liberties comes a tasty cask finished whiskey! The Dublin Liberties 16 Year Old Keeper’s Coin spent the majority of its maturation in bourbon barrels before it was moved to Pedro Ximénez sherry casks for a finishing period. The whiskey is named Keeper’s Coin after a series of crypts underneath the Christ Church cathedral in Dublin, which apparently were known for being drinking dens. These crypts-turned-drinking-dens had cellar keepers which had their own casks and coins, so there you have it. The Keeper’s Coin.

This is some of the sweetest and smoothest whiskey I’ve had. Incredible flavor, not too harsh. Highly recommend if you get a chance to sample.
