Exchange Policy 

We offer exchanges only on all products.

Refunds are ONLY available in case the goods are returned in the same condition in which they were shipped.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item for an exchange depending on your country as follows;

30 Days following delivery for; Australia, Canada, New Zealand,Switzerland, USA, United Kingdom (refund issued in 14 days from reciept of goods from the buyer against a 25% restocking fee).

14 Days following delivery for; Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain (refund issued in 7 days from reciept of goods from the buyer against a 25% restocking fee).

 

How to Request an Exchange Or Refund

  1. Contact our customer support at sales@collectable-liquors.com with your order number.

  2. Provide details of the product you wish to exchange.

  3. Follow the instructions to return your item safely.

Return Shipping & Costs

  • Collectable Liquors is solely responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.

  • Items must be returned in original condition and packaging to qualify for an exchange.

Eligible Products for Exchange

  • Only items purchased directly from Collectable Liquors are eligible.

  • Customized or personalized products are not eligible for exchanges.

  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence on your part are not eligible.

Replacement Process

Once we receive your returned item:

  • We will process the exchange for your requested product.

  • Any price difference (if the new item costs more) will be communicated before completing the exchange.
