The Glenfiddich Snow Phoenix is a legendary limited-edition single malt whisky created under extraordinary circumstances. In 2010, after heavy snowfall caused the collapse of several warehouse roofs at the Glenfiddich Distillery, casks of varying ages and types were salvaged. Master Distiller Brian Kinsman skillfully selected and married these whiskies, giving birth to the unique and symbolic Snow Phoenix release.
Bottled at 47.6% ABV, unchill-filtered, and without artificial coloring, Snow Phoenix showcases both Glenfiddich’s resilience and innovation. A rare collectible and a true piece of whisky history, it is sought after by enthusiasts worldwide for its remarkable story and distinctive flavor profile.

Found a bottle in Hong Kong duty free. Haven’t tasted it yet but prices have shot up since I bought it for HKD700. Ebay Austria had one selling now for EUR440. Amazing!
Actually tried this tonight.Talking scotch after dinner and I mentioned the Winter Storm. Sister says she thinks she has a bottle of Winter Storm, which I was quite doubtful of, and then she pulls out of the bottom of her liquor cabinet a black metal box. Holy crap, a bottle of Snow Phoenix! There’;s a booklet inside the tin that explains the chain of events that led to the creation of the product. Wow. Yummy. You can taste the sophisticated whiskies that went into balancing this one out. The creamy taste, easy on the palette, very smooth. The reason why everyone should experience a $1000 bottle once in their lives.
