Back in December 1994, the GlenDronach 27 Year Old 1993 Cask 7276 was distilled and left to rest in a single Pedro Ximénez sherry puncheon. 24 years late, in 1993, the cask was cracked open and the whisky was bottled at cask strength for GlenDronach’s 17th batch of single cask releases. 623 bottles were produced.

Very simply: this could be the best Scotch I have ever tasted. I could talk by nose or pallets. But none of that matters. This whiskey makes you feel alive.
