Amazing! Old quality oak, Black Forest gateau, cigar tobacco, oily mouthfeel, had this side by side with a yamazaki 18 and Glengoyne 21, all great drams but this was the winner, bought a bottle.
Great flavor. a bit more bite than expected for the cost. Would be amazing at $250/bottle but $500 is over the top. Massillon is beginning to abuse the name queried from years of one of the finest proprietary scotch flavors out there.

RARE CASK. So that is a blend from less than 100 casks, each will produce 500+ bottles. Less than 50,000 bottles of NAS is not that rare at all, hardly collectable. I’m so excited I can barely press the ‘exit’ button.
All the flavours of a somehow dark taste, smoked pubs of old-towns, old taste, very interesting. Just wish i can get some more and be able to pay for it.
My first experience of this whisky, very enjoyable. All the flavours of a very rich dark fruity Christmas cake without the icing. Just wish I could afford it on regular basis.
